  this is the first time I have ever gone with a credit union. so happy that I did the people are just sweet as pie very informative and kind.   Bank does not know what it's doing, or it does and it attempts to get the most money possible. Bank does not get information correctly. The staff barely know what's going on between each other. Constantly have to go to a manager or higher up to get anything done. Constantly got hacked through the account, but no issues with other accounts at other banks. Would not recommend. Always have issues.

  Will cut off your debit card for no reason never answer the phone might as well trust the biden administration with your money before you do these clowns

  The very best credit union I have ever had any dealings with! Becky Oliver is absolutely Heaven sent! She does and always has went above and beyond her title to help! My queen of NUCU!

  Been with them for little over a year now but my thing is with the loan process. I think if you have had a loan and you are a good payer I think you should be able to get another loan without any hassle by you being a member of their establishment. I just want to be treated like a member I'm just trying to get my credit back on the right path. I never missed a payment I paid back on time and I got treated harshly. The phrase treat you like family is far from the truth more like a regular consumer.

  Inconsistency with funding transactions. It appears they decide when you can have access to your funds, it would be extremely helpful if it was the same time every payday.

  I love this place!! Been with em for ? 7-10 years now... They have always been very efficient, knowledgeable and super nice!! I can't say one bad thing about em!! I have and still do recommend them to anyone.... I think they're just GREAT❣

  I am constantly having trouble logging into my account and I always have to call the branch for assistance. Everyone is always so very kind and patient. I believe that they are the friendliest staff in Greenwood, SC..

  I was trying to buy a vehicle from someone qho already had it financed through these people, I was told my credit looked ok, and was "pre-approved " for a car loan (a used car at that), then when given the information it was oh we can only do 36 months, I said ok, no problem, then it was oh well has too many miles on it, then it was oh now it's too old. I asked for specifics tell me what age or mileage limit was, well we don't really have any such limits, ok so I find a vehicle 2 yrs newer, with 70k less miles, and now all of a sudden, my credit is the issue... this place blows.... don't waste your time with these "A" holes.... they just gonna lie and waste your time, go anywhere else... don't give them a penny....

  No ATM at this Location......I was asked to move my car 5 min.before they opened to not block overnight deposit and I thought this was very Rude.......I told manager if someone pulled up behind me I would move but I found it rediculious to drive around and get in another lane when no one was here but me! I plan on talking to someone above her ..I have never been treated so rudely at this bank!! I have been a Member for 2 years.....
