  Can't imagine why anyone would give Mike less than five stars. 🤷‍♀️ Unless they don't like dealing with somebody honest and willing to order something for you if he doesn't have it...🤔 can't understand it myself, but hey, to each his own. As for me, I'll give him ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

  This place is a joke! Not only was the feeling of unwelcomedness overwhelming, he refused to buy a perfectly good flatscreen Sony because it wasn't a smart TV.. or a brand new climbing harness because he already had 5 of them. The only reason I would go their again would be to throw eggs out my window!

  Every time I go in the store they always treat me like one of their brothers.The owner and staff are very nice and friendly, people must of have misjudge the owner and the staff because they are friendly and polite I would recommend coming to this store to pawn or buy anything

  This pawn shop is very is very dishonest. Lies and deceit. I would not pawn my stuff here. They will snatch it from you without you even knowing. This place only gets 1 start because I got to give a star to comment. Veryytyyy. Dishonest and not truthworth. God have mercy on their wicked ways

  I am curious as to what we done that was dishonest sir. That is a harsh statement. My goal is always to have great customer service. I can not tell who you are and do not recall the transaction. Please fill me in if you don't mind please. As far as "snatching" pawns out, normally they set 20-30 day late before I pull them because I realize people have a hard time just like I do. My computer will not allow me to pull them until they are 10 days late at the minimum. I am truly sorry you had a bad experience.

  For what they are charging for used tools you might as well buy new. Staff dismissive acts like they don't even wanna talk to you.

  Always a pleasure to come in and see what they have and even buy some good buys. They have some great Christmas specials going on also
