  The bank itself is good just like any other bank but if your gonna get a mortgage loan don't go with Michael j Villarreal ask for someone else if possible. Everytime you call his office it goes straight to voicemail. You can't get ahold of him to ask questions you have. We never heard from him back anymore. Your supposed to be there to help answer any questions people have.

  Lol @NavyArmy NOT doing “Navy Army” things… like VA loans, low interest car loans, etc. Seems like they ripped off NaveFedral bank’s name, which is what this bank is emulating but in worse way possible. Safe to say I am going to stop banking here.

  I've done business with NavyArmy since 2016, CDs, Liberty Account, both over the phone and in person. Excellent customer service and great interest rates.

  I do not recommend going to this branch with Michael j.Villarreal he is unprofessional and dose not know how to answer or explain the loan you are applying for, he right away recommend them to deny your application without them reviewing it first. He doesn’t like it when his giving the wrong information and you correct him. Please avoid this person.

  Had a bad experience with this bank , and then a lady named Alyssa , from some location in corpus reached out to us , and was very very helpful. Would like a call back from her . We have a couple of questions about our loan .

  Every time I go and do a deposit ATM never works and it's been like that for years and I keep telling them and they don't do nothing to fix it they just tell you ok " I'll let my supervisor know " I never had any problems with other banks, let's see until when they'll fix that issue but don't get me wrong it's a good bank!!

  I have been with 4 other banks before NavyArmy, the last BANK was with Capital One...who treated me awesome and had no issues with them. CapitalOne closed down here in South Texas, so I did lots of research before switching over and I can honestly say that NavyArmy was my best choice. They had just opened this branch and the place has been and is ALWAYS CLEAN, their staff is ALWAYS attentive as soon as you walk in. They treat me and make me feel part of a small family and that means alot to me and my family. I know most of the staff by name and I am sure they do too. One of the managers (Michael) whenever he's around, personally goes up to you and welcomes you initiating a conversation. I see some bad reviews and bad comments about this branch and I can tell you guys they are lies! If you are looking for the good old fashioned bank, the kind you will find in a small town...this is the place. Old fashioned but with up to date banking services! Thank you guys at NavyArmy in Sharyland, Texas for your dedication and excellent customer service!!

  I've never had a better bank. The people at the Edinburg and McAllen branches are awesome. The other banks in the Valley don't even come close as far their rates. Just overall happy with this bank.

  Love the kindness of the employees, but we’ve had questions and they tell us to wait for 30 minutes to “talk to a representative” about our question, only to be told we have to call and ask Corporate. They either have limited knowledge or don’t want to deal with us. Just tell me to ask corporate when I first ask instead of making me wait 30 minutes.

  Fantastic bank, this is the best bank I have had in over 30 years. The interest rate that is paid on checking accounts is way over the norm. Good customer service and prompt attention.
