Rosa Daniel1Drive entrance for the atm machine is very narrow, pickup trucks like mine have difficult time to not hit the curb. I have wider tires, and very often i hit the curb as well as other drivers in pickup trucks. I've seen them all the time.

Black Momba 675R1ATM is down and I have no idea why but they really need to expand this drive thru. On weekdays they give the worst customer service. I am not surprised, the other branches aren’t any different. What is it with this region.

guadalupe x1I dont understand why nobody picks up phone..been trying to call customer service number for a week now. Im a truck driver and out of town alot..its sad you want our business but cant pick up phones. Tried more tha 10x to call and waited over 30m and just gave up and hung.

Joe Teran3The drive thru service is kind of slow, but service is very welcoming; lobby is currently closed due to Covid-19. Closed my account, I had no need for it. Closest bank is 4 towns over, not enough local banks in the Rio Grande Valley.

April L1It may not be branch reps answering phone but I'm making sure I'm heard! I have 2 car loans with y'all trying to pay for 1 over phone because I'm missing online login info. After 25min. On hold someone answered waited a few minutes then hung up me!!!! Not the 1st time this has happened to me. Get new employees! I'm now on phone again 30min.! Best advice get all info to login online cause employees worthless. Reply to Navy army: I'm not waisting more time by filing a complaint to please you in your website. This is my complaint it's been read and ignore. Thank you.
