  I went in to try and open an account. The gentleman behind the counter told me I would have to wait a few min, which I was okay with. Thirty min later after several other members had been helped, I see them discussing that I am still waiting, which I thought meant I would finally be helped, but that was not the case. I waited another 10 min before leaving. They may be very friendly and accommodating for current members but they definitely did not want new business today.

  This is THE MOST Inconsistent Location There Is. I Come Here Frequently and Use the same two forms of I.D. and Some Employees Will Take it and Others Wont. They Need Proper Training and Stay on One Accord When it Comes To That. Or Find Competent Employees to Hire!!!
