  Let's start with Brandon. The doors were open and welcoming. He was not. He did not speak until spoken to. He was very nonchalant for our reason being there. I requested to speck to a Rep and he said " Yal Sho Don't Want A Teller at Da Window, its 7 in front of y'all". He really needs customer service Training. He seems to be hired on the spot. Also kids running around made things very frustrating. This was a unsuccessful visit.

  I have been with NFCU since, 2013. As bank account holders, we understand the responsibility to uphold good standing in any situation that may arise. This location is the ONLY location that requires us to stand outside lol. I choose to drive the extra distance to Largo in order to recieve better services. Na have time fuh dat, Glenarden. SMH 😆 I couldn't take this branch seriously. I will appreciate your gratitude though!

  The tellers are incredibly slow. There’s a line exceeding 10 people and one of the 4 tellers just walked out to take a break and no one’s replaced her.

  Love this credit union. It's very busy but the staff does try to get you in and out. They also expanded and added 2 more ATMs. Adding the 2 additional ATMs helped a great deal with the long line to use the one. They offer many banking options including how to keep your money safe while traveling and giving money as a gift.

  The teller service and branch appearance etc are fine. But train your desk staff on how to talk about mortgages. Or don't send customers to staff that isn't trained. I went in twice to talk about mortgage refinancing options and was sent away with inaccurate information which could have discouraged me from proceeding if I took their word for it.

  Navy Federal locations are usually very busy and this location isn't an exception. It's worth the wait though because the staff are courteous, professional, and they know what they're doing. The ATM outside can also get pretty busy. So make sure you have enough time when you come.

  They are a very difcult credit union to bank with They ask me security questiond that had nothing at all to do with me knowing alot of identity theft is going on out here. And it's for the simplest things I needed my checkings account number to set up direct deposit nothing even after I told them not to put it on when I open the account. And secondly they don't have no credit unions in the area

  Great customer representatives, professional, friendly and knowledgeable, I get phenomenal service every time I go in, wouldn't go anywhere else, they are always on point...my favorite place is the Navy Federal in Glenarden.

  Had to call corporate to file a complaint against the branch, their staff needs to be retrained on very basic processed

  Why does Navy Federal think one ATM machine is enough. The line is always long due to them only having one machine. Especially since they eint have a drive thru. Most banks of at least two.
