      Recently switched over and they are a mess of a bank. Five day holds on pay checks, unresponsive branch and call center, and I've been trying to get a home equity loan with them I filed two months ago and and they haven't gotten back to me yet even after several calls. This bank clearly doesn't care about its customers. Go elsewhere, you'll be happy you did.

      Best bank around! Opening an account is extremely easy, they make your debit card on the spot, have a super easy to use App to transfer funds, cash checks, ect. and the atm is always up and working.

      Thank you to Lisa Kale for going above and beyond the call of duty when my mother had all of her cash and credit cards stolen when traveling in Europe. Lisa was able to create a new debit card and ship it to my mother directly in Europe. She then talked my mother through the process to access her account through the new card while she was in Europe! Thank you for making her trip memorable!
