Ana Karina Aleman cuellar1I called this bank to ask a question and the person who answered the phone kept calling me maria instead of my name Ana Karina. I kindly reminded her that the was not my name she proceed to call me Maria. When I complaint per Sarah she said the calls are not recorded. So they couldn’t do anything about it didn’t even apologize. If you are a minority this is not the bank for you. I will be closing my account.
