  This is my first home purchase, and Michael Ramsey of Nations Lending made it simpler than buying groceries. Not literally, but it was that easy and straightforward. There were times when I experienced frustration, but being the professional that he is, Michael was there to calm my nerves, and he encouraged me throughout the process.   I felt my broker went above and beyond. This has been a very rocky road and I believe she handled it with Grace. She never gave up, always encouraged and was a real big support for me. You can genuinely tell when people want you to do well and that's something I sensed from the beginning. She was very down to earth but always kept it professional.

  Worked with Branch Manager Charles looking for a home in August of 2020. I pre qualified and provided everything I would need to go forward with a home loan, however I was turned down after months and months of abiding and following his advise. I bought my House in October with another lender whose process was much easier and offered 50K more than nations lending.

  Charles Wright is amazing! He kept me well informed through the steps of the home buying process. If your credit has hiccups, not to worry because Charles will educate you on what is needed to get you pre-approved and quickly to approved! I placed a contract on a home the beginning of April and closed May 1st!
