  There really isn't words to describe the type of customer service Myrick provided to me, my wife and my family. My wife and i started looking for a new house in Texas around the end of June 2020. With COVID in full swing we had no idea how things would play out. Myrick came highly recommended to us. We knew from that initial first phone call with him that this was our guy. Myrick has a way of explaining things in easy to understand terms. Its not just that. He breaks EVERYTHING down for you in a way that makes the process simple, easy and effortless. The one thing I left out of the story till this point, is the fact that we moved over half way across the country (from Vermont to Texas). I NEEDED someone we could trust, someone we could call and vent to, someone who would respond within moments to a text. THAT was Myrick. He never made us feel like we were intruding, or that we were ANYTHING but his number one customer. Several months later, while driving cross country, two dogs, two cats, three kids me and my wife and a VERY small window of time to meet our moving company at our new house, Myrick was on the phone with us, assuring us EVERYTHING was good and keeping us informed of where we were in the process. On the last day, of three days of travel, Myrick calls to let us know closing was done, we now had our new home. NONE of this would have been possible without him, his amazing team (Thanks Kesha!!). The best part of this whole adventure, is we gained not only someone we could count on from beginning to end in this process, during a pandemic, from over half way across the country...but we gained a friend, and someone who KNEW had our back...and still does...

  Myrick was above and beyond helpful in both our initial purchase and our refinancing process. He went the extra mile to make sure we didn't spend any extra money, made sure the paperwork was perfect, and answered all of our questions immediately and fully. I would recommend him to anyone. He even helped when the website for whatever reason had fits over our autopay - contacted the main office for us and straightened it out. Thanks, Myrick!

  Myrick was a terrific person to work with for a complicated product like a mortgage. Despite my limited knowledge and experience as a first time home buyer, he made the whole process feel smooth and effortless, even while I know he was doing a lot of work on my behalf. Through the entire purchase process he was a significant part of my team, always communicating with me and explaining things thoroughly. I think anyone, regardless of financial background, would benefit from having a lender who really does care about you when the deal is done.
