  David was very easy to work with. He helped us secure the mortgage on our new construction home, and everything went very smoothly. The experience was so pleasant that we went through him again when we refinanced a few years later. David kept us up-to-date on rate changes and helped us devise a plan as to when to lock in our rate. He took care of everything. I highly recommend David if you are looking to buy or refinance a home.

  As first time home buyers, we had no idea what the process was truly like when closing on a home. David helped us every step of the way and answered any and all questions that we had. He would meet us at our respective jobs to sign papers making the process as convenient and stress-free as possible.   Affordable lending group will forever be my go to for mortgage loans. I recently refinanced my home and David Welch had me locked in on a 3% rate that my previous mortgage guy couldn’t beat. Fast to respond and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Not to mention he made sure the closing lawyer had me in and back to work before I ever finished my lunch break.
