Useless credit union. I went to get a loan for a low mileage evo. Got the credit (790), no debt, good income. But, all the finance service rep would talk is about is how they don't like to do these loans and sold the procedure as difficult as possible; is an out of state auto loan. Simple and straight forward procedure but not to the lazy and untrained. Mccu staff are the laziest. If there is any little bit of paperwork or procedure they will try their utmost to avoid it. They love their refinance, but out of principal of their laziness I will not refinance through them. Avoid!!!

Stay away from the financial Assistant that goes by the name Deidra. She never processed my paperwork and it’s been a month. She has the worst customer service and doesn’t keep up with her paper work. That’s not acceptable!!! Banking with other financial institution for now on because of her!

      Response from the owner

Hi Kathy - would you please email us at [email protected] with your contact information (to protect your privacy). A credit union representative will follow up and contact you to help.

Absolute worst bank ever. Definitely recommend staying away from this CU. Their online banking is equally as bad. But their customer service is the worst I’ve ever had in any bank. Ever. Will never bank here again.

I had a fraud charge on my account this week and I understand sometimes these things happen, but the quality of the customer service and turnaround time are ridiculous. I also went to make a withdrawal at this branch right around 7:30 (since my card was cancelled), and I was not greeted properly or helped with much customer service at all. Another lady pulled up in the lane beside me and was greeted very enthusiastically. Apparently in this day and age people are still only giving great service to select people.

Use to be a really good bank. Now it’s such a crappy bank. Your accounts get frozen without notification. So if you are trying to pay somewhere your card gets declined. I don’t recommend getting a credit card with them because they will use that as one of the reasons to freeze your account. And making any arrangements with the dumb girls that call your phone is pointless because they don’t know anything. The only thing they say is I’ll let my manager know. Also if you want to go pay on a loan they won’t accept some quarters to pay it. So you have to go back somewhere to get the quarters changed into dollars at a convenience store when they are a bank I shouldn’t be having that kind of problems with a bank. I no longer bank with this incompetent bank just paying a couple of loans I owe until I am completely out.

If there were -5 stars, that still wouldn't be enough. No one in this credit union knows anything! Three people will give you three different answers. No one knows if two people can be on a child's account. When mom opens the account, she's the only one that can be on there with child. So, if mom dies, the account can't be touched without going to court. That is just asinine. I was on my daughter's account and she took out a loan and wasn't paying on it. They called me and said I had to pay the loan because I was on her account. Really? I told them I wasn't paying anything as I wasn't on the loan. They still insisted I was responsible. These people work at banks. First chance I get, my grandson's account will be closed and I will never recommend them to anyone. No response wanted from anyone in the position to reply.

Very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend for all that are tierd of the big commercial banks that treat you as just another number and no longer have the personal level of interest in your banking needs! Very happy to have found them!!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. They used to treat members like they were important. Now everyone is just a number and a way to generate bank fees. Avoid them.

      Response from the owner

Hello Tommy - we would like to help you without jeopardizing your privacy. Would you please private message us your phone number here or on Facebook? We will call you directly. Or, feel free to email us [email protected], too, with your number.
