  I was loving this bank and that's a big WAS..... just remember to READ THE FINE PRINT.... I overdrew on my account 14$ and 14 days later this bank took 165$ from me ... Im disabled and only get one check a month this hurt really bad... I sure would think that maybe a set fee would be in place LIKE 50$ BUT 5$ A DAY UNTIL YOU CAN DEPOSIT THE AMOUNT YOU OVERDREW AND THEN THE AMOUNT THE BANK ADDS UP @ 165$ THEN YOU IN THE CLEAR...BUT IF YOU DONT THAY JUST KEEP GETTING THERE 5$

  We love this branch! Our local branch manager Lisa is the nicest and most helpful, all the employees including the guard are very nice!!

  Called to inquire about loans and rates. The lady who answered the phone was unable to answer 90% of my questions. I'm not sure if Lisa is only an operator for the phones or an actual bank employee, but her phone etiquette and knowledge leave a lot to be desired.

  Was approved for a loan I really needed to pay off three high interest rate loans. Recommend highly!

  Debit card frozen the day after paycheck was deposited. Couldn't buy groceries or pay bills and no way to contact anyone until Monday two days later.
