When I was introduced to Tim Burnham, Yvonne Hubrich, and Sam Preis my prospects for completing a loan to close on my home looked grim. A previous company that I was using had allowed the process to fall through the cracks at the eleventh hour. Tim and his team immediately jumped in and worked tirelessly on my case. Within three weeks, my paperwork was finished, and I was prepared to close on my new home!   Everything was online. The transaction, once started, was fast. It all took less than a month to complete the refi. Jim was a pleasure to speak to ... though it was semi-difficult to get in touch with him at times. The support team was good. The emails came fast. Almost everything you need can be done online. The mobile Notary Public they used was good as well. Direct to the point and made the only personal transaction swift and time efficient. I would go to Jim for another refi when the market crashes ... sometime next year !!!
