  My home buying process in Southern Oregon was the best experience I had thanks to Guy! He made me feel secure through each step of my home purchase. It was very easy to get a hold of Guy-he answered his phone immediately. Guy is a man of his word. I highly highly recommend him! LGBTQ+ friendly and a well rounded individual.  You won't regret meeting Guy. He's a hidden gem.

  Beth was absolutely outstanding in every way. She was very helpful and encouraging especially during an issue with a previous lender that was beyond both of our control. She kept in touch at every step along the way and I never had to wonder what was going on or what the next step was. She was professional, helpful, and friendly at every turn.   Oh gosh! I don’t know where to start! Beth thank you for getting us through the crazy, and helping me to understand the process and answering every question we had about our loan (I know there were many ☺️) you did not at all make us feel discouraged, your patience was so amazing! People told me that the hardest part of buying a home was going through the loan process and is far more complicated, but not once did I feel their past experiences.   Run don’t walk from Derek Brite and Mutal of Omaha Lending! He has NO idea what he’s saying or doing! We literally almost lost the home we purchased servers times because Derek does not have proper training as a Mortgage Loan Officer. His timeline management of documents needed from buyers to underwriting to telling me that I lied on a speaker call in closing of escrow with me and my husband (see the actual screenshot of the text below of the text I received from Derek asking the correct and exact dates our 1st payment was due)! Derek told us our 1st payment was in January not December! Thanks to Derek we reserved December house payment for moving costs! That’s not going to happen! Absolutely well mannered and nice man but everything from start of this loan to the finish was a absolute nightmare and he had no idea what he was doing! Me: Hey Derek! We are scheduled to close Oct 27th! We don’t actually take possession till Nov 27 or 30! When is our 1st mortgage payment December 1st? Derek: No, you guys actually skip one month. 🤗 First payment due on January 1st, grace period until the 15th! 👍🏼 Me: Yahooooooooo!!! 🙌🙏🎉🎉🎉🙏
