First of all, they have the best rates, I refinanced my home last year and currently going through the application process for a new home that I bought.   My husband and I recently worked with MSA Mortgage, Robert and the entire gang. What a pleasant experience! From the very first conversation, we had we were put at ease.   MSA Mortgage, all I can say is wow and thank you. Rick Scherer and his team were fantastic. They were able to guide me throughout the financing process and they were able to provide my commitment letter within a short time frame. This was my first home buying process and they were there to answer all my questions and kept me up to date on the process. I would definitely use MSA again in the future and would recommend them to those buying.

  Used this company for literally 30 years. New ownership started my mortgage in Oct... after many attempts of a closing date they called and said they couldn't do my loan 2 months later. Last the interest rate, credit score cause had to file through another company. His lame excuse why he couldn't choose was all BS ... called numerous other company's they never heard of the BS he was telling. So disappointed... miss original owners.
