  Horrible mortgage company. They are completely and utterly incompetent. We have called multiple times asking for our escrow account to pay our property taxes and NO RESPONSE. now we are getting threatened with a tax lien on our house. Stay far away!!!!! They do not know how to do their jobs. Absolutely inept

  Jim Martin at Movement Mortgage helped with the entire process starting with just researching different types of loans and ending with applying and receiving a loan. He has helped to buy a house for me and several of my friends. I looked for a house for almost two years, placed offers on many, and Jim has always been patient, friendly and helpful through all of this time. I highly recommend Jim to anyone - he is always very responsive, and eager to provide you as much information on your current stage in the process as needed. His team is also very knowledgeable, and unlike many other places, these guys will have your paperwork done on time.

  Every time I call the Jim Martin at Movement Mortgage, he picks up. Always available with the right answers and solutions to the mortgage process. I came to Jim with a complicated rehab loan with only a certain amount of assets for closing. He made it work. Highly recommended.

I am living in the home of my dreams and after a very bad experience with another famous motgage company starting with a Q I have a great rate and peace of mind that my loan is in good hands.

  Jim at Movement was very helpful. He didn’t smother me, but he definitely helped me every step of the way and made sure I understood everything and had what I needed. He has made me feel safe and secure in the purchase of my first home!

  Absolutely awful! First time home buyer the conversation was like two seconds then he told me just to fill the app. out and I’d have an answer in 1-2 days. So I did all that, then on the 3rd day messaged to see if I had an answer. He sent me a short message back saying I was not approved because of my dti & part of my income was not included. After that message he would not answer my messages or return my phone calls. My dti is 3% and no idea why they didn’t include part of my income. Since my other mortgage company did. So I still never heard any response from him of why. Luckily another mortgage company was able to handle the process and was able to get me the loan. I wouldn’t use mortgage movement at least not this office again, even if I were paid to.
