  We went with Kevin for a refinance on our personal residence a few years ago. After shopping several lenders in the area, I decided that Kevin was the best choice and was not disappointed. I was very happy with the rate we were able to get, plus he didn't have the fees other lenders wanted to charge. Beyond that, Kevin was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He made the whole process very easy and pleasant. Since then (as a Realtor), I have recommended Kevin many times and every client has been extremely satisfied with his service. In my profession, recommendations can reflect badly on you if it doesn't go well so it's not something I do lightly, but I have no reservations recommending Kevin to anyone.
