  Abel was amazing. From breaking down each and every number to answering all my questions little and big, he was available every step of the way. Abel made my first home buying experience not only enjoyable, but stress free for what can be a very stressful process. I would recommend him for anyone, but especially for anyone who likes to learn along the way, or is a first time home buyer, as Abel has all the patience and care in the world for his Clients!

  Abel was fantastic to work with! This is my 1st home and time buying a home and Abel made the process so easy and QUICK. Once I found a home I liked he had the pre-qual letter written within minutes! We were ready to close on the house 2 weeks early due to Abel's fast turn-around.   Five stars all around! Abel is extremely professional, organized (pays attention to due dates/staying on top of what needs to be done) proactive and a pleasure to work with. This was my first time buying a home in Florida and it was a breeze! Abel secured in an excellent rate for me. I called around to different lenders and I didn't get the communication/dedication like I did with Abel. Abel made the entire process straight-forward. I would HIGHLY recommend Abel!!!!
