  I must say Sean Erica and James are everybody of amazing. We were able to get thing done in a nice timely manner, all in the comfort of my own home.   Motion Mortgage was able to get me approved to buy a home with a lower credit score, but after that everything went down hill. When informed that we needed a short sale date, all we got from them was "That is fine, I have never missed a close date in over 15 years". That can't say that now. The date that was set from the very beginning was missed by almost a month, so I was homeless and staying on friends floors, which I was able to deal with but not a situation I like to put my mother in, but they did not care about the people that they are dealing with. They kept coming back saying that there was a problem "But it is not my fault, I did my job", I got this on 3 different occasions. Well it was not my fault either, but I am the one that suffered. They didn't request any of the inspections until after the 1st set closing date. We had to do 3 different ones and which they told me about after the 1st on, but would not get them all at once, they waited for one to be completed and fixed before they ordered the next. If you use them, I hope that none of the staff that you are working with goes on vacation. Everything stops and no one is able to do it until they get back. When ever myself, my realtor, or settlement company would call them, they would say we will call you right back, if they even answered the phone. If you call from a different phone number, they would answer it and talk to you until all of a sudden the connection would be lost and they would not answer again. If you tried to send an email so there was a trail or anything, you were lucky to get back "Working On It". They all are very unprofessional. Anyone that I have talked to that has dealt with them in the past, has had nothing but bad comments to say about them. I almost lost my house because the sellers were getting tired of them having to push the closing date back.

  Motion Mortgage was fabulous. They handled everything wonderfully. It was our first experience and they made it almost seamless, all the way to the end. Any questions, they answered them. Erica Wogan was absolutely terrific. She never once made us feel unimportant. Louise and Paul were absolutely wonderful as well. They were all very knowledgeable and understood that everyone's time was precious. This is a great company. They saw to everything. It was a pleasure to deal with each and every person that helped with this process. Thank you all so much for getting us where we are today. Awesome!! :)

  When I give this company 5 stars, I'm really, in essence, giving their lender, Greg Rodriguez, 5 stars. I've worked with Greg in the past on 2 previous home purchases. My fiancee and I were looking to buy recently. And I had been approached by a few other lenders prior to proceeding with buying this time. None of them compared to Greg. We were put off, left feeling unworthy or not important by other lenders. Given the brush off and no real assistance. I literally began to feel completely hopeless in the situation. A realtor I worked with in the past put me back in touch with Greg. And I couldn't be more thankful. Greg is amazing, as a lender, and a person. We were still "worth it" to Greg, when we weren't to anyone else. He took the time and effort to walk us through the issues and what we needed to do to get there. And 7 months later, we are finally here. Home inspection is Friday, and closing next month. Our kids are so excited about the new home. Greg has no idea what he's done for us, or what he means to us. "Thank you", will never suffice. I can't thank him enough for his honesty, loyalty, and standing by our side when no one else could be bothered to. And his character, determination, ethic, and even humor; most definitely his patience, through it all. I will never go to another lender, aside for Greg Rodriguez. He is a master of his trade, and a mortgage genius; a plethora of knowledge and information. So Motion Mortgage, while I sincerely thank you for the financing, the 5 stars are for Greg. I hope you realize what an amazing asset you have in him, because wherever he may go or whomever he may be a lender for, that is who will ultimately have my business, as well as recommendations. Thank you again Greg, from the bottom of our hearts!

  James and Greg worked so hard for my family to get our dream home. We are so thankful and appreciate all the hard work they did for us, it was not easy for us in our dilemma but they did awesome! Would definitely recommend if you are looking to buy a home!
