  For a 22 year old that wanted to buy her 1st house and had no clue what she was doing... I have to say that Eddie Carmona made this process super easy! He is very friendly which makes the process even smoother! What I loves even more about working with Eddie is that it was so easy to reach him either via email or phone! Every question I had was answered! Hands down the best customer service I have received in a while!!!!

  I am a real estate agent in Dallas and I have worked with Eddie Carmona at Mortgages USA since 2011. He is HANDS Down the best lender that I have EVER worked with. He is very knowledgeable in his field and handles the loan transaction diligently from start to finish. When I am able to refer my clients to a lender, they are ALWAYS referred to Eddie. Also, he has NEVER missed a close date and that speaks volumes!

  We were blessed to have worked with Andres Herrera with Mortgage USA for our home loan. As a loan officer he is highly committed to excellence. He was available at any time of the day and ready to answer any questions. Always guided my husband and I in the right direction. With him our dream home was possible making the impossible..possible. If you are looking for a loan officer that will guide you through the whole process, Andres Herrera is the one. Even months after closing we still call him with any questions and as always he is more than happy to help.
