  Warren Goldberg on the Mortgage Wealth Advisors team helped my wife and I secure our first home. Being first time home buyers in this crazy market it was tough to navigate. Having someone like Warren was essential for us as he patiently walked us through any step of the mortgage process we asked about. He even started the relationship months before we started touring homes. It was a comfort to know that I could pick up the phone and ask Warren any question even if it wasn't part of the mortgage process.   Had I not known Warren prior to selling my home and buying a new one I would have undoubtedly been overwhelmed. The perfect storm of real estate conditions during COVID made for a high octane event. Numerous times I relied on Warren’s experience and perspective to guide decisions that had to be made quickly with confidence. Warren is objective, reasonable, and honest. With constantly evolving procedures and legislature it's necessary to have someone to help navigate you through the uncharted. It would be impossible to expect a turbulent free experience with the accelerated market and Warren was the best Pilot for the job. Most importantly, Warren made sure that we understood each step of the process with full transparency and properly managed expectations.

  I don’t really even know where to begin when writing this review. I was separated from my husband and had a situation which left me having to sell my marital residence. After finding a home to move myself and my three boys into, I realized it wouldn’t be so easy to purchase a home. Not only did Warren help me figure out how to make it happen, he held my hand every step of the way. Warren treated me as if I was a sister or daughter and made it his mission to help me and my boys. He was honest, personable, reliable and thorough. I would only recommend this company and Warren to help with purchasing a home.   Warren has been a great help all the way from the first time I reached out to him through the end of my closing. He has always provided prompt and helpful answers to my numerous questions and made the process of getting a mortgage and closing on a home easy to understand, and he has gone out of his way to make sure I comprehend the details of what is going on at every step of the process.   Warren was an absolute pleasure to work with during our house purchasing journey!   We have nothing but positive things to say about working with Warren. He truly provided us with a concierge service. From the pre-approval process to our closing, Warren was extremely thorough and responsive, even late at night. We received no less than weekly updates, so we always knew what was happening with the mortgage process. He educated us about our options and ultimately helped us save money in the long-term while allowing us to keep more money in the bank in the short-term, which was critical for closing costs and more immediate work on the home.
