He thoroughly answered any questions or concerns that I had. This was my first time buying a home and I don't think it could have went better.   I worked with Mike on the purchase my home in Feb. I can honestly say that he was wonderful to work with. He was easy to talk to about the many questions and concerns that I had about the process. This was my first time buying a home and I was nervous through the entire process. He always got back to me in a timely manner and made sure that I was updated every step of the way. I couldn't speak more highly about my experience!

  After almost giving up on our dream home thanks to complications involving Covid, we were recommended to Mortgage Solutions by being told “if they can’t get you the loan, then no one can”. Prepared myself for the heartbreak of being told they couldn’t get the loan through once more, I called them and within 24 hours, we were moving forward with the loan that everyone said was impossible to get! Michael S. was great to work with and happily put up with my daily text of constantly needing updates when we were waiting for paperwork and phone calls to come in.   If it was possible to choose a negative amount of starts for a rating, I absolutely would! This company has had the paperwork for THREE MONTHS! They knew the closing date and gave us the run around every time they spoke with us or our realtor. They delayed the purchase of our dream home because of negligence. We have been told that we “might” be able to close on our current home five different days. We have taken days off of work because we were told we would be able to close one day, just to wake up and find out it wasn’t going to happen. There was no truthful information given, just a run around. Absolutely awful service! Dino has done an awful job and not been helpful or productive.
