  Mike was awesome in helping me and my family do a refine of our house! The care and special attention he gave us though the process made it easy. Being a home owner is not easy and not knowing what to do makes it scary but Mike made me feel safe and taken care of and the process was even easier than when I first bought my house.   Mike is amazing! I came in contact with him after being dissatisfied by another company. He said could help and he really delivered! It was overall a very great experience and I’ll be referring anybody that I know to him! Never once did I feel as if I wasn’t a priority and He kept me in the loop consistently even if it was after normal business hours.

  I want to send all the blessings up!!!! Mike Corning went above and beyond a lenders expectations. He kept me abreast of what was going on, so that I understood each step, when I could not find some required paperwork, he assisted with retrieving information. He even gave spiritual prayer, when I was in doubt. I am forever grateful for Mortgage Solutions, personally to Mike.   I had the pleasure of working with Antoine Riley while going through the refi process on my condo! The whole thing from beginning to end was incredibly fast and painless. Antoine was very quick when it came to responding to my questions. I would definitely go see him again for all my mortgage loan needs!

  I came across a miracle!!! I ended up meeting a gentleman named Mike Corning, from Mortgage solutions financial in Tacoma, WA. Let's start off by saying Mike is truly dedicated to his work, Mike is honestly a miracle worker!! The name Magic Mike will stick with me until the day I die. From beginning to end Mike was 110% dedicated at all times. There were a few hurdles on my end that needed attention and Mike squashed those hurdles with alot of hard work and dedication.. I have never in my life come across a person who is so dedicated to selfless service! Mike went out of his way to help me and my family!!! He actually worked weekends and late nights to help get me squared away!!! Mike if you ever get to read this I owe you big time!! I thought I was hitting a dead end every where I went.... Then Mike Corning came into my life and completed my last life goal! Mike words couldn't describe how amazed I am with you!! If you ever get stuck and need a hand with anything, just remember I owe you one! I don't write reviews normally but every website I can find is going to say great things about Mike and Mortgage Solutions Financial...

  The guy Michael Corning was like a friend, although I had never known him before. Fast process, answering my dumb questions, even after hours. I could not have asked for more.

  I recently used this company to finance my first home purchase. What a mistake! My loan processor had a HUGH attitude the entire time and although he was available after hours by phone, he was nothing but rude so he may as well not even had answered. I went into the office to sign papers face to face cause I wasn't comfortable signing them online (like they persistently asked me to do) and it was a complete Ghost Town!-So strange. An ENTIRE floor of office space and exactly ONE employee on duty....hmmm. I had some questions after closing and guess what, no support and MORE attitude! And to top off the experience, this company sold my loan to the ab-so-lute WORST loan servicing company in the entire country (no joke) this company has 754 complaints at the BBB-within two weeks. I feel like, they couldn't get rid of me fast enough, I hadn't made ONE payment before the ditched me. This company is not interested in partnering with you and providing support throughout the life of your loan. They're super shady and it seems they're only in it for the origination fees....and then you're off to the highest bidder. If you're thinking of doing business with this company, DON'T.
