  Leanne and her team were fantastic throughout the entire home mortgage process. She took the time to answer all our questions and explain the options, was always available when we needed her and with a professional and positive attitude, and she and her team kept us up to date and on schedule at a very chaotic time for us. We are so grateful for having her confident expertise and personal touch to help us make the right choices for such a big investment. We will certainly be recommending her to anyone buying a home!

  We had two experiences with Leanne in a little over one year. The first was when we wanted to purchase a town home in Kiln Creek. Leanne helped us through all the paper work. The state-of-the-art of the real estate market has become so complicated, yet she walked us through all of it. A little over a year later she guided us through re-financing the property as interest rates had dropped so low, it was worth it. She has been so supportive in showing us what needs to be done. If I ever have another need for help in this area, Leanne Crist will be my first call.

  A mortgage manager pulled my credit and hasn't followed up. She sets follow up appointments and don't adhere to them. You leave voicemails via phone, email , and office peers and still don't follow up. The lack of professionalism has me baffled. Think twice on who you have pull your credit as they may not always follow the fundamental regs of follow up and reviewing your credit report with you as the consumer
