  Mortgage masters was the first place that popped up when looking to buy a home and I couldn’t be happier about our decision to work with them. Alyssa Sims has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process and as first time home buyers it was appreciated. She was quick to respond and made sure everything was done and ready to go when closing time came. I can’t say enough good things about Alyssa and mortgage masters. We will definitely go with them in the future.

  As a first time home buyer I was very nervous and unsure of the process. Bert Sandefur was a name given to me and I reached out. From the very first phone call, Bert was pleasant and helpful. I was most appreciative of the extra communication and explanation that Bert gave me. Over the course of approximately 6 months he was very kind and patient. When I did find the home to purchase, he and Jamie Kemper made the process so easy! I am so grateful for the both of them! I will recommend Mortgage Masters and Bert to anyone that is looking for a home.

  We refinanced through Mortgage Masters about 6 months ago. Lisa Parsons and the staff were the best! They kept us well-informed through every step of the process, explaining all the crazy banking terminology so we could understand it. There were no surprises, other than the amount of money they were able to save us! I would definitely recommend them over any banking institution, simply because they are so easy to work with, as well as being able to shop around for the best deal.   Lisa Parsons helped my wife and I with our first home mortgage a little over two years ago. Not only was it our first mortgage but it was a VA loan and we really didn't know exactly how it would work. She answered all of our questions and concerns and really made the process easier than we could have imagined. Not only was she great then but anytime I have a question regarding our loan or refinance questions she's just an email away and is always quick to respond. We had a great experience and will definitely be back to see her on any future home purchases we may have.

  Jennifer Stacy helped my husband and I buy our first home! My husband is in military and deployed, so we were using the VA loan. We had a very short deadline to buy the home! We closed on our home in 2.5 weeks! She was absolutely amazing! If I called she always answered or called back within 5 minutes! She answered all questions and concerns I had, she even made sure before hanging up that I didn’t have any additional questions and if I did to just give her a call back! She made the process extremely stress free for me since my husband was deployed! I highly recommend using Jennifer as your mortgage lender officer! She was absolutely perfect!

  Lisa Parsons was the easiest mortgage lender I have ever worked with. It was my 1st experience buying a house and she was extremely patient and answered all my questions even if they were at 11 pm. If you want a great experience go to Mortgage Masters and ask for Lisa Parson!
