  Andrew Kafka was an absolute pleasure to work with on my refinance! Any questions I had, and there were many, he took the time to explain clearly and make sure I understood completely. Over a period of several months, Andrew worked with me every step of the way, answering questions at all hours of the day and spending many hours with me on the phone with zero pressure. To me, this is unheard of service in an area that is complicated, difficult, confusing and at the same time extremely important. To Andrew, this is business as usual. After dealing with stuffy banks that took weeks to get back to me (if at all) and left me with more questions than answers, I am overjoyed to have found Andrew.
