  Do not bank here. Customer service is made ridiculously difficult. I've been double charged several times since I've had an account here. They don't answer their phones, which is made even more frustrating by the fact that they still use an operator service to transfer phone calls. The ATMs are outdated and inconvenient. The night drop is always out of deposit forms. I started an account because this place is close to my house but it has been the biggest mistake I've ever made with my money. I'm closing my account at the as soon as I'm able to go up there physically because they close before most people even get off of work.

  Nelma is an employee and gave a 5star ratingso they wouldnt be at 2stars. I can hatdky ever get someone on the phone. Theyre online banking app is never up to date. If i try to login oonline the balanced are wrong or i cant login and have to change passwords and the new passwords dont work. When i went in to withdrawl after the hurricane i found out my account was closed and they sent a check to an old address.

  Horrible bank. Horrible business hours. The only bank open on Saturdays in League City and you can't even call them by phone. Someone used my card in Pasadena and I can't contact the bank to ask questions. Run away from this bank if you can.
