  Buying a new home can be a stressful experience but with Monica and her team, it doesn’t have to be. I have never worked with a group of people as thorough, professional and supportive as her team was. And an impressive quality I appreciated was their availability even when I thought it would be taken care of the following day as it was too late in the afternoon-not the case.   This is an amazing team! So efficient, so available! This is a well-oiled machine. From the day we found our house to the time we closed on it: 4 weeks! They kept us on track and got the job done! Their clearly designed online portal helped with that, as well as their great use of DocuSign. I once missed an email and got a phone call at 9 PM politely inquiring if I had questions about the document. So professional. Also, if I didn’t like something or things were a little off, I would get contacted by Monica Davis herself. It’s her name and reputation on that sign and she acts like it. Would highly recommend.
