  This store was so clean it stands out from the area it's in.I came in looking for some subwoofers and was promptly greeted by the gentleman working here. I found what I was looking for in 30 seconds. they had the best set I've seen all week, in the best condition for a great price. I will be back on payday to leave another review after my purchase, thanks guys.

  This is one of the few pawn shops I’ve been to and was pleasantly greeted by a friendly staff. I came in for a replacement TV and left with several other tools at a great deal. The shop was welcoming, clean and best of all organized. I will definitely return. Billy and Lydia were super nice and helpful. I will recommend to my friends looking for great deals!

  Great prices the best in the city. The staff is friendly and professional. I recommend trying pawn smart first for all your loans because they have really good interest prices. They also have a great jewelry selection I bought my husbands wedding ring here it was absolutely perfect.

  This is a great shop to pick up tools, equipment, musical instruments, electronics or whatever. Lots of different things and the employees are very polite and professional. I didn't feel intimidated at all and it was a very enjoyable experience. (Picked up a sweet, like new, lawn mower for about one third the price of a new one). I highly recommend this place.

  Bought a Honda generator from them. Great price, perfect (new in box) condition. Easy communication and service. The recall service had also already been done. Would definitely consider doing business with them again.

  I’ve had nothing but good experiences here with the staff, and the owner. They are willing to work with you no matter what you bring in. And when it comes to buying something, they are willing to go the extra mile to test it, find a charger for it, or whatever request you may have. They are always smiling and happy to see me when I go in there. I love Cheryle, she’s tough, but sweet. And would give you anything. Cory is always willing to run from one end of the store to the other to make a deal happen. Quality jewelry, and they fix it for you. Plus they offer a 30 Day in store credit warranty on almost anything they sell.

  Just moved to Jacksonville and needed some cash. I called this place and was initially met with a very helpful young man on the phone who after asking a few questions, told me to bring in my phone to take a look at whether they could loan on it or buy it. After running a few errands, I called again to confirm before driving out of my way and spoke to the rudest person I've ever met! She informed me that she's the manager and she said they don't take TMobile phones and that the other guy didn't know what he was talking about. When I simply and calmly asked what their reason was she yelled at me saying that she wasn't going to argue with me and said a few other things that resulted in me crying when our call ended. I worked in a pawn shop for years, prior to moving here. In fact, it's my most recent job. We took phones and if we didn't, it was because they weren't unlocked. I am not accustomed to hearing that shops don't take certain carriers which I'm finding to be the norm in Jax and that is why I asked. I have met some rude people but I have never in my life been met with such unecessary, blatant and crass disrespect! I will never set foot in or call this place ever again and I hope I save someone else their time and possibly a few tears. And don't bother replying, as I can't imagine your words are any less disrespectful than they were on the phone that day!
