  My experience was horrible, and the customer service sucks. I called and inquire about a ps4 controller, the lady instructed me to hold on so she could go check, when she came back to the phone, she told me she had 1 left, so not even 10 minutes I went inside the store, to purchase the ps4 controller. I looked at it, and checked it out ready to purchase it when another lady states that’s it has been sold. I didn’t even get an apology or nothing instead she acted like she didn’t care. The reason I rated 1 star is because I couldn’t give it a 0 rating. Very unprofessional people

  Wonderful owners,management,& employees. Extremely helpful & always greet me by my name as I walk in. Fair in prices & always available to accept the challenge of negotiation....but their poker face is better than yours! Ha love em

  The the staff will start arguments with you they're very unprofessional do not want to help you they've tried to charge me twice for the same item thay have messed up my paperwork on my gun and I ended up losing it Dawn will try to treat you good but there's so much negativity when you walk in there I will not be going back there again and I hope you do not either everyone else acts like they're chips on their shoulders

  Very friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommend any one to go and visit . Money man pawn always has a variety of guns and merchandise to choose from . Very knowledgeable stuff and more than eager to help .

  Every time I go in my experience is better. The staff shows complete respect of all customers and is very knowledgeable with all products that they carry it's definitely some place that I would recommend to a friend

  These people here are the worst...They are VERY PREJUDICE!!!!! THEY HELP WHOM THEY WANT TO HELP! THEY ARE LIARS. I would rather take my business to Radio Shack anytime. I visited Money Man twice and they lied both times. I'M DONE WITH THOSE CROOKED PEOPLE!!!INCLUDING THE MANAGER...DAWN!!! YOU GUYS SUCK.........
