  Just finished a re-fi with Dave. So appreciate his attentiveness to my application. The whole process was handled within just a few weeks from start to finish. So appreciate Dave taking the extra step to make sure a required inspection was completed quickly by arranging for a next-day weekend inspection when the original inspector failed to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. Well done Dave!!

  Bob and Dave Baxter made our home buying experience the best that it could be! We had a difficult case and they went above and beyond to make our home purchase a reality!
