  Zero stars. I went here based on the reviews and thought it would be a great place to start. I have never tried to sell anything before, so i was nervous about doing it at a pawnshop for my 1st time. Based on the previous reviews I expected for the service to be very welcoming and it was most definitely not that. The vibe I got just made me even more nervous. There was no hello, how can I help you or even some sort of friendly approach or conversation. I was selling a barely used surface pro 4 and he handled it like it was trash, holding it up in the air by the screen. Didn't give much eye contact or any conversation, just looked on his computer and kept asking what am I looking for. He didn't even take the time to look through it like other pawn shops u went to afterwards. He just grabed the screen and said what you want. Its crazy because I'm a very polite person and I came in there all nice even though they were not being so welcoming. I was in there for less than a min, and was more disappointed with the service than the price he offered. To be honest I was hoping to leave there at least feeling somewhat better by even taken the chance to come out there in the 1st place. I wasn't sure on what price I was going for because I wanted to leave room for a discussion, but he just repeatedly focused on me giving him a number and being done with it. I guess there service may be great at times considering other reviews, but not consistant. I won't recommend or go back.

  Great pawn shop and staff, the only pawn shop I'd trust in southern CT, they're fair/negotiable- plain and simple.

  The guys at Milford Pawn always make me feel right at home, it's a total family atmosphere. If you have never visited a pawn shop before do not feel hesitant to stop in and visit. Milford Pawn isn't just another pawn shop, it is the BEST pawn shop.

  was trying to get rid of a tablet i don’t use so i walked into milford pawn and josh greeted me with respect and was so nice! awesome cash offers as well! definitely recommend this place to anyone trying to get rid of unwanted apple or samsung products!

  I had an unbelievable experience dealing with the guys from milford pawn. They are family run, which is a relief. And the son took care of me. He gave me a fair price and the overall experience was awesome. I will definitely go back for future endeavors

  Was the only place in town that had a tool I needed to get my saw running. They let me borrow the tool, reset the carb and fire it up in the lot to make sure it was good to go. No charge, just happy to help. Thanks guys!
