  Jerry Vaughan was very helpful in answering all of our questions, and attentive to our phone calls and emails! He took the time to walk us through each step of the process in buying our first home! He even made it a point to be present at the title company on the day of our closing, which the Closer said is very rare! We appreciate his hard work and dedication, and couldn’t imagine our first experience without him!

  We worked with Bobby Jones out of the Eureka branch to refinance our home. We cannot recommend an easier process and we were even dealing in the uncertain Covid19 times.   Jerry is the absolute BEST at what he does. Not only is he a consummate professional, but he's also down-to-earth and extremely practical. He managed to explain everything to me in language that I could understand and took his time with some of the more complex aspects of securing a loan. I was requesting a VA loan and he knew all the ins and outs of the process. I could tell from our very first conversation that Jerry was going to get this thing done... both on-time and ethically.   Mike and his team did an outstanding job throughout the entire loan process.
