  Mike Rogers and his team at Guaranteed Rate are fantastic to work with! As a real estate broker I have worked with LOTS of lenders in my time and can sincerely say these folks are top notch. Their level of customer service is outstanding! They are great with buyers and are super communicative throughout the loan process keeping everyone involved informed at each step.   I worked with this team a couple of times in 2021 and could not have been happier. I initially refinanced my home and later sold and bought a condo.   Mike and his team are the best! Not only did I refinance my house, I was also able to drop my PMI, lower my monthly payment, and locked my self into a much lower rate. The process was very easy, and not nearly as complicated as I first thought.
