  I have been banking with Mid Florida for years and I have probably done 15+ loans with them. I just purchase a Ferrari and the loan process was so simple and fast same day! Ruth was absolutely amazing and has done multiple of my loans and is always amazing. I highly highly suggest Mid Florida and Ruth if you need a loan at a super low rate!

  Please work with the company called Plaid so we can link our midflorida bank accounts online!! Plaid doesn’t recognize this as a valid bank and it’s causing a lot of trouble for me! I had to switch to Discover just so Plaid could recognize that I have a bank account... 😩

  Re: lake Wales branch It appears this branch has such a high rate on employee turn around. Why? Why? I first started banking here years ago simply because it was nice to know you had knowledgeable customers service. But in the pass few years I never know who will be waiting on me always someone different it's crazy. See.s like as soon as one gets trained they are gone . again I ask WHY? WHY? All this does is make customers service SO SLOW!!!! If you come to drive through best pack a meal! Insane.

  I have been a member of Lake Wales MidFlorida for almost 20 years. Unfortunately, in the last couple of years, the customer service has become increasingly poor. There are never enough tellers during the busiest times. Whether inside or in drive through, you had better not be in a hurry.

  I'm sorry to hear that there isn't a convenient time for you to visit a branch. Most transactions can be completed in the drive-thru, which is open from 7am to 7pm, but we also offer full-service Saturday hours if you need to come inside the lobby. -Rebecca
