Wess Of Din5Great staff, cool people and very importantly , they keep their word. Now maybe that's common to banks here but having recently gotten back from a different country where anything positive offered is a lie or a scam its refreshing to see an institution that does what it says it will do. Would personally recommend this bank to anyone.

Andrea Kernagis1Was just told that after waiting for 10+ mins in the drive thru that if I want to complain I can leave. I understand that everywhere is short staffed but how much sense does it make to have all tellers working inside, and no tellers working the drive thru? If the drive thru is not a priority, as one of the tellers informed me, then close the drive thru.

Prashant Gupta1Opened an account two weeks ago, and not been able to login either Online or mobile banking. I have called customer service several times - no solution, logged a request, no update, never received a call! Customer service have no idea when it will be fixed - isn't it great! This is how you treat your customers. Very disappointed. Of course, I will take my business elsewhere. Update: Called them again, and it doesn't matter to them. I believe this bank will be out of service very soon given the way they are operating. If you can't provide the basic services, then there is no point of you being in existence.

Harsh Vardhan Singh5Great customer service. Marcus is my go to guy at this bank, he is very polite and humble and help in all the way possible. I went late hours and he was not there, I was not sure if other banker will be able to provide same kind of service or not but to my surprise the other banker who was lady, she was also very helpful. Best Bank in terms of customer service, no other big banks offers such kind of service. Thanks for providing wonderful service to your customer.

Mo Jo1I am so sick and tired of this Bank and every nasty individual who works in here who gives me a problem I’ve had this bank account for over three almost 4 years now and every since they change tellers and managers it is no good but I can go to another branch and still get the hospitality the customer service I’m looking for it’s just this branch I even talk to a woman this morning who was so rude I had to hang up on her schedule my appointment with the banker at another bank Midfirst I have had it with you ALL you better get it together or I’m gonna write a letter to the general manager or whoever I need to in regards to this Particular Bank this is pitiful

Dave Mitchell1This review is for this location only, really it's just about the woman who has been working in the drive thru the last couple of times I was there late in afternoon. Mostly I'm happy with the bank overall. Mainly because the customer service, with the glaring exception of the woman I'm speaking of, is usually excellent. Everyone else I've ever dealt with at any Midfirst bank all you have to do is give them your ID and tell them what you want and they get it done. Not this witch. She sends the carrier back and demands you to fill out a deposit slip. While that's going on she cycles you to the back of the line. I'm tempted to leave Midfirst altogether and just use some other bank. This is the nearest branch to my house, but it's still several miles away. Midfirst has only a few branches, but I've been willing to to drive a little extra because I've always been happy with the service I've gotten once I got there. Take that service away and I may as well use Wells Fargo. There's one on almost every corner. If I have to keep dealing with this jerk in the drive thru I'm not going to be holding accounts here for much longer.

Dominic Cordova1Absolutely terrible. Tried to open a new account, but was ten min late to appointment. The lady was what sounded like a personal call for ten minutes only to get off and say I was late and she had another appointment and I needed to reschedule. Cool. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

Great customer service and they're always willing to help you understand every step of what you're trying to do. Marcus, one of the bankers at the Elliot Road branch, is unbelievably helpful. He's helped me since the day I moved to Arizona, and he is easily the kindest banker I've ever worked with. He has assisted me with a ton of complicated banking tasks that I've needed to do since the day I moved to Arizona, and he has helped this bank become a true "neighborhood" bank. Sign on here! You'll save so many headaches (and get free coffee when COVID clears up)

Diana Pratts5Prior to coming here, I went to several other banks to have a document notarized. Two BOFA branches said no...my own bank!! So I had no other choice but to check out other banks in the area. This bank was KIND, and PLEASANT and didn't ask if I was a customer, didn't ask me to make an appointment next day, they simply provided the service. OH MY!!I Did I say that I went to no less than five banks. Thanks so much for your kindness. It won't be forgotten. I want MY accounts to be at THIS bank that actually services the public and understands that servicing customers is what keeps them in business and keeps customers coming back. Thank you, thank you!!
