  Mike Hughes was extremely helpful throughout our home purchasing process. He was easily accessible at all times and provided excellent service. He was very patient as I was deciding when to lock in an interest rate, spelling out the pros and cons as I continued to decide. I can see why multiple people referred us to him!   Quickly contacts anyone that I refer to him for a home loan. If he can't grant a preapproval, he helps that person to get on the right track to qualify in the future. I can count on him to respond at night and on weekends too. And he is great at helping buyers by telling them about the best types of loans for their situation, as well as knowing about grants that may be offered to them.
