  Michael was very helpful throughout our mortgage process. He was very quick to provide us with information and was always available when we had questions or concerns. Our process began as our country was dealing with the beginnings of the Covid pandemic, but everything moved along successfully and Michael ensured that we were able to sign most documents electronically to avoid person-to-person contact.   The process of purchasing a home is often viewed as confusing, challenging, or even stressful, regardless if you're a first time home buyer or not; however, it doesn't have to be and that is where Michael comes in. The lending process can be confusing for consumers because of the number of loans available and the different requirements for each, but having a good lender who can explain the differences between each loan and how it affects you takes the stress out. Michael is very punctual, knowledgeable and accessible regardless of what day/time it is, which is critical in today's fast paced real estate market. He truly works diligently for his clients and in their best interest, which has led to all transactions closing on time. Having a good Realtor is only half of the equation, add a great loan officer like Michael and you are sure to have a pleasant house buying experience from start to finish much like many of the shared clients we've had this year!

In the midst of COVID-19 and a BOOMING sellers market Michael not only was in constant contact to answer all one million of our questions through email, text, phone, and video recordings, but he also was able to push our loan through within 30 days from start to finish.
