      I have spent 18 hours collectively on hold in the past 2 weeks and still have not managed to speak to a person. My debit card was incorrectly cancelled and I was told a new one would be mailed to me ASAP. It has been 3 weeks and I have gotten no card and no response. Appointments are during my work day so I now have to take PTO to attend a bank appointment over a card that should have been mailed to me by now. The line to get through the drive through bank is easily an hour wait, so it has been literally impossible for me to withdraw money.

      Been banking with Metro for over 6 years and they are the absolute best. Low fees, great account options and amazing customer service. Would strongly reccomend to anyone.

      Staff staff staff get more poeple to work here. Lines always a mile long but 2 tellers is not enough.. always wait at least 10-15 mintes everytime and this is not the telllers/ employees it who ever does the schedule... reason y i took my account elsewhere

      So i walk in to open an account and was told i would have to wait 10 minutes 25 minutes go by as I'm listening to the Asian teller complain about how she wants to go home and the chubby Dominican teller talk to his friend and flirt with his female staff instead of helping me THE CUSTOMER ......in conclusion my business will be taken elsewhere
