  I had an amazing, 6/5 star experience working with Jay, Meghan, and Courtney at Meridian Bank while purchasing my first home. I couldn’t have asked for a more kind group of people who were extremely patient, communicative, informative and supportive from start to finish. I never felt anxious during the process because I was constantly kept in the know as we went through underwriting and was given clear information along the way. I highly recommend Jay Walker and his team!

  I cannot recommend Richard Pazornik enough! He was professional and responsive and helped us to close with a super tight turnaround over a Holiday. He was always available for questions and made us feel confident about the process. He's the guy you want to work with for all things mortgage!

  This is just some of the things i had issues with while buying our home. The underwriter was asking for way too much(I had a signed offer letter from the company along with an email stating I was ready to work and they wanted proof that I was qualified. Pretty sure the company decides that not an underwriter at a bank). The communication was poor in my opinion. Basically got updates when I reached out. A lot of things were said that didn't seem correct when discussing with other lenders. Will recommend to stay away from Meridian Bank.

  Matt Weaver is excellent! I recommend him to everyone. Buying a house is one of the most stressful things we can do, but Matt makes it so much easier. He's very quick, honest and personable. He's very easy to get in touch with and always returns calls. I was such a mess when i bought my house but Matt really helped me stay level and at ease. When it was time to refinance it was a breeze because i knew he had it under control. Thank you so much Matt!! Wont do business with anyone else.

  Working with Richard was an absolute pleasure. He was so personable and easy to work with. As a first time home buyer, the whole process can be scary and overwhelming. Richard always took the time to make sure we understood what was happening, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel uncomfortable or rushed.   Richard is awesome Gave me the best rate on my home and had all the information I needed. If you want to save money on your rate, down payment, or closing, get with this guy. I saved so much on closing that I could buy Richard a decent car if I wanted to, but I am too selfish to do so. I'll be putting up fencing in my backyard with the money instead however. That way, when I leave through the backyard, I can always think of him. Thanks Richard!
