Amber Wallace1Atm card just randomly stops working. Its been over a week since the 2nd one (this month) stopped working and I have no access to my cash. The only response is 'come to the branch and get cash'. Freeman branch closes at 4pm! They can't tell when your card will get here and can't explain why their cards won't work. I have banked here for almost 30years and they absolutely couldn't care less when I closed my account!☹

Amanda Schrock5The customer service at Merchants State Bank is WONDERFUL!!! Polite, professional, and always go above and beyond without hesitation! Not only is the Freeman location great, but if I ever have to run in quick to get cash at one of the other locations I know I will be greeted with a smile! 5 STARS! Amanda S
