  Staff is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Service is impeccable and they are definitely a credit union for all people; they have always been there for me 13 yrs. and counting.

  Machelle and the team are absolutely amazing! Super friendly folks. Ms. Wanda is the nicest person ever every time I call. It's a please to work with them. I highly recommend doing business with this credit union. They're better than any bank in the area!

  I've been with this credit union for 34 years. Sure its had its ups and downs but over the years as they have grown dealt with changes as people retired and merging with other credit unions. But all in all they have always been there when I needed them and especially during the covid mess. Everyone there has always been niace and friendly. I recommend this credit union to everyone because its small and has a family environment .

  I give Memorial Credit Union "0" stars for their customer service! But I was forced to select one star. Geez. Seriously. They have poor record keeping habits and double charged me for something from a year ago. Because I dont have a receipt from a yr ago to prove myself they wont give me my money back for taking my pymt twice. I spoke with the manager and he told me he turned my acct. over to a collection agency, I called the collection agency, No MCU did not turn my acct over. MCU actually closed my acct. on their own without my permission or written consent. First I was told that it was closed with MCU funds then I was told it was closed because it was turned over to a collection agency. Oh what I would give to still have my receipt from a year ago!!! I suggest everyone keep your own records and receipts!!!!

  I have been banking with MHCU for over 3 years. I have never had any problems. Customer service is top notch! I will continue to bank here as long as I can.

  wish I read reviews before we open an account. customer service is the worst. really old people ( sounds like older women) with attitudes. find another job if your happy working there. Ill be closing my account really soon.

  This is the worst credit union ever!!! Please don't use them for any of your financial needs!! They will pull your credit report without you knowing.
