  I opened a savings account with them!I received my debit card through mail.I put 50$ in the account.I decided to use the card one day and the card got declined so embarrassing!!!so I called the credit union asking why the card was declined.So they tell me you can’t use the card to purchase anything you have to go to the atm but it’s a debit card!So I have decided to close this account!Customer service skills 0 I personally would not recommend this place to my worse enemy!!!

  I love Memorial Credit Union , I have established a great relationship with them .Pay your bills on time and they will take care of you whenever you need help . Ask for Shirley she refinanced my vehicle she's the best!!!! One draw back is that I would like to see you all come up with more options for being able to deposit and withdraw from other locations . Your options are few but I still like banking with you overall

  I have received excellent service in the car loan department! The people that have helped me the most are: Tricia, Erlinda, and Gabriela. All three have gone over and above the call of duty to help me out. I am very appreciative. They are doing a great job at Memorial Credit Union.

  I have been a member of Memorial Credit Union for 14 years , I enjoy banking at the Southwest Location on Beechnut as it is located close to my job...I was given the opportunity to join as I was an employee at Memorial Hermann, but when my department went contract, I still stayed as a member. I have purchased 2 vehicles with the help of Erlinda and Gabriela who were very awesome and made the experience easy. Also I have received several signature loans with the help of Salina and Erlinda ...The tellers Jackie, Grace and Velisa are very sweet and helpful as well .. If u want to join a credit union ,don't let these reviews discourage you, join this credit union it won't hurt you but help you in the future. .

  Don't take a loan from them. After being a customer for about 4 years, making all payments on time, and paying off two loans completely, I overlooked a payment one month. They called me, I payed, and they said it was no big deal. But they reported the entire loan as delinquent. That's right, the entire loan. Not just that I paid a few weeks late. My credit rating dropped by 130 points. Don't get a loan from them unless you want the same experience.

  Interest rates are good but my are they difficult. They charge 13.95 to pay ovwr phone. 8.95 to pay online and they close at 4pm. Do they really want to get paid? On top of that when you walk in to pay, they take forever because they have to go thru many steps! Very outdated

  DO NOT BANK HERE! They have the absolute worst customer service. I was a victim of fraud and had to get a replacement card. They wanted to charge me $8.00 for a new card that should be free, since the card was not lost. And on top of that, Araceli, the member service representative is the rudest. When I asked why I was responsible for the $8.00, she just repeated "It's $8.00.." They're banking hours suck, the shared branching was discontinued and its just inconvenient all the way around. I will be closing my account ASAP!

  DO NOT OUT YOUR MONEY HERE OR BORROW MONEY FROM THESE PEOPLE. The worst Credit Union you can deal with. Their web page never works or is available. You can never do transactions over the phone. They ask you to go to their branch to solve anything even if you have informed them several a times you moved out of the state. Not user friendly at all, not customer friendly at all, they are never willing to work with you. All they want is their money and not to serve the people that pays their salaries.

  Gloria from the memorial branch, was my loan officer. She made refinancing my car a breeze, I don’t think I’ll ever finance at the dealership anymore! 100% recommend.
