  I can't express enough my gratitude for Amy Proctor at the Traer location!! She went above and beyond to help my husband and I take our first step in increasing our credit. She saved us money by getting my car refinanced, and she was able to get us a checking account. We are trying to get things in order to buy a house, and she's doing everything she can to get us there. She works very hard for her customers and gets equally excited as the customer when she's able to help and that means a lot. You can tell she loves helping people reach their goals, and I will forever be grateful to her! If you need help with anything financially, I HIGHLY recommend Amy! She will do everything in her power to get you where you want to go.

  Members 1st community credit union, is the best bank ever, helpful and loving, get me to the place I need to be. It's not just a bank it's the people who give you help when i needed. when I just need help Amy,Amy,Amy she's not just a banker, she family that I can get support from. When hard time come around like that thanks for have Amy be part of members 1st community credit union thank you for your help and input

  Oh my! Members 1st went above and beyond with our loan process! A million calls from me, emails and endless questions, and they never seemed upset. It was like they were holding our hand the whole way, explaining everything! HIGHLY recommend them for everything! Amy P. Rocks!

  I've worked with multiple MEMBERS1st locations and all are great to work with and extremely helpful. In Traer, Amy definitely goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service!
