  Lack of diversity in the place of establishment. I believe they do not represent union members and/or minorities. I think they are lying to everyone by sending the information through mail. The white guy job did not even email back about the response, and we are thinking he is doing work, he is just sitting there not saying anything in terms of email. Lies of customer service with efficient pace.

  I did my mortgage for my first house with Members Mortgage ten years ago. I just wrapped up the purchase of a new home and once again used Members Mortgage. Both times the experience was excellent. They made the process as painless as possible and got it done in a very timely fashion. Everyone there is friendly helps guide you through the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a mortgage for a home.
