I have a supper busy schedule that leaves me little to no time and I felt they where more than understanding and willing to work with my schedule. They advice and help me understand better. Domica Skipworth5I've been with MCU for 11yrs now. We had ups and downs but through it all -They care about the people in the community. Value added customer service, good CAR RATES, excellent programs and packages that fits diversified needs. Although I'm sadden to see the Stamford Branch close-(Which makes it a little difficult) I would like to see in the coming new year a faster way to get a lost debit card- instead of the traditional 10days...."Even the Big Bank can print a card, when you walk in the branches"........

Jen S2If I could tell you what I saw. No masks and sitting very close to each other. The lady’s were rude bc I didn’t see the table with the deposit slips. How could you, they were in the corner at no view. Thank god I use a different bank. I had to make a deposit for a family member.

It has been quite a difficult transition for all businesses trying to operate during the coronavirus as essential workers trying to keep staff well and members safe. There was obviously protocol that wasn't observed that day, but it is not the norm and it was quickly addressed and corrected. Again, my apologies.

Amy Schmaling1took 6 weeks to receive the debit card. No one told me I needed to "sign" up for mobile deposit. Now I am being charged 4.95 for bill pay? I never used it. Tried calling goes to voicemail. I am closing this account and will not look back.

Dana Fisher1This Bank cashed a Check for my child with out asking for a photo ID or having the check signed but they cash it any way now the check bounced and they want me to pay for it. this is not my fault UR bank should be help accountable for your teller Miss take. NO STARS
