  Worst bank I ever had. I was in the process of changing banks so I transferred all of my auto payments to my new bank. While this was going on, one of my scheduled automatic payment which was already transferred to my other bank still continued to take the auto payment from this bank which obviously was denied for insufficient fund. MCU did not pay it of course but still charged me $30,00 for it. Since the automatic payment was denied, the scheduled automatic payment did it again the second day. I lost a total of $60.00 in this bank. MCU did not call me about this transaction. And here I was, horrified a few days later when I check my account that it was on a negative. I deposited the amount to take care of my autopay and closed my accounts later that week after the payment went through. Don't waste your time in this bank.

  Always shown a friendly attitude. Wait time in line is not long at all. What I like most of all is the tellers call you by name. That means alot.
