  Buying a home wasn't easy, but thanks to Melanie and her team, it was a way smoother process than it would have been! Melanie was the only part of this experience that we absolutely loved! She and her team worked SO hard, and put up with so many unpleasant situations and annoying roadblocks. We can't recommend her, and Fairway as a whole, enough! Thank you for working with us, and getting us settled into our first home!!! You guys are amazing!

  Melanie at Fairway is absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable and friendly. She gives you several option to make sure you are getting exactly what is best for you. Most importantly, I trust her. She also wants what is best for you and won't send you down the wrong track! All her staff are awesome! A great experience all the way around!

  I could not DISAGREE more with that review. My husband met with someone at Fairway just last week and was treated wonderfully. We could not have been happier with them, the rate was a little higher than some of the banks, that is always the case between banks and Mortgage offices, but you cannot beat the service. We will never use anyone other than Fairway from here on out. There are things they need, but nothing was "personal" and everything was done through their app, which made things so easy and fast. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!!

  I have utilized Fairway in both California and N. NV. All experience with them have been great. They are dedicated, the communicating is great and their app to sign and upload documents makes everything a breeze. Would highly recommend using them for any lending needs!
