  Firstly, I want to thank Carol Seago for working so hard for processing my unique boat loan. It is still a work in progress in that it is out of state. Carol has been diligent in seeing this through to completion. One observation I’ve made through this process is that there seems to be a shortness of resources ( people ) in that multiple times Carol was so busy accommodating other clients that she couldn’t take my phone calls. But, nonetheless with both of us being persistent, we are getting it done. I would love to see more loan officers so that making inquiries and processing a loan would be more convenient. It is very difficult using MCT’s phone system in that it’s so nice actually talking to a person instead of going through the multi-step process to get through. MCT might consider installing direct lines to loan officers even if it goes straight to voicemail. This would make things easier in my opinion. Thanks again Carol Seago, you are the best. Guy Member...long time member.
